Couple Counselling

The quality of your relationship has a great impact on the quality of your life.

Although each relationship is unique, these are some of the common warnings that your relationship may benefit from couple counselling: little expression of love or intimacy; feeling disconnected or 'distanced; feeling resented, misunderstood or not listened; struggling to communicate you real feelings, unresolved arguments, criticisms, denials or defensiveness....

Couple counselling helps to identify and address the areas of your relationship that need attention. You can learn new, positive and healthier ways of interacting.

Family Therapy

Families can find themselves at some point of their journey in a challenging situation. Those challenges can affect the way your family members interact with each other. The nature of these challenges can be different:  relatives not getting along, parenting being challenging, transitioning into a blended family, severe illness or death, relocation, migration, separation or a change in the family’s financial means.

Family therapy can assist by helping your family to build an extra layer of protection in the face of challenges. It gives your family the opportunity to relate and experience each other in a different way and to learn strategies to restore trust, understanding and communication.
